Juniper Trusts Nepal Evergreen has planted 5,000 tea saplings in Bhussinga, sourced from the renowned Bhakanje Tea Estate, known for its premium tea. Guided by farmer Dabal Basnet, this project showcases a commitment to sustainable agriculture and supports local communities through jobs and social initiatives. Tea, a cornerstone of Nepal’s economy since the mid-19th century, fosters employment and rural development. The saplings are expected to yield crops within two years.
