Maili School 2 classrooms repaired

Maili School became Juniper Trust’s 19th school rebuild in November 2022, with the assistance of the first Western volunteers to return to Nepal since the pandemic. However, two classrooms in the main building had remained damaged for seven years after the earthquake, exposed to the outside with missing walls and a leaking roof. In 2023, Juniper Trust raised £3,500 to repair the two classrooms, utilizing labor from the village to reinvest these funds into the local economy.
